According to the World Health Organization, Belarus, Moldova and Lithuania have the highest alcohol consumption per capita in the world. But even though the United States doesn’t rank at the top of the drinking list, a new study has found that 30 percent of Americans will suffer from a drinking problem at some point in their lives.
