These days, it's all coconut all the time, but before you fry something else up in coconut oil, consider the fact that coconut oil and milk are still saturated fats. 'Good' fats, for sure, but fat and calories nonetheless. And coconut water? It's still fructose and contains a lot more sugar than just plain old water.
