Starbucks’ worst effect may be on your wallet because researchers at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health have found that drinking up to five cups a day indicates a reduced risk of hardened arteries and type 2 diabetes. However, if you’re already having signs of heart trouble, five cups—or even three—may not be a good idea. Also, watch those calories from blended drinks, added sugar and cream, which can really add up.
