Grammy Award-winning artist Sam Smith is grabbing attention this week after losing a whopping 14 pounds in two weeks, and British nutritionist to-the-stars Amelia Freer is the woman responsible for Smith’s transformation. According to Smith, the author of 'Eat. Nourish. Glow.' “completely transformed” his relationship with food, introducing him to a clean, lean and fresh diet with her 10 principles by which to live. Though most people will probably not lose weight in the dramatic fashion as Smith just by cutting out processed foods and changing their diet, the star’s transformation certainly puts it into perspective how important it is to pay attention to nutrition.
