Shampoo less

Shampoo is good, but too much of it isn’t. While it helps clean dandruff and nourishes your scalp, it can also strip the natural oils and nutrients. As a result, your hair can actually suffer more damage because of shampoo. So every week only shampoo twice.

Use coconut oil on your hair

Your locks need tender loving care, and this can be provided through applying coconut oil. It conditions and moisturises your hair. This is especially helpful if your hair is prone to dryness and is also brittle. While this is because of a lack of fresh water, coconut oil contains antioxidants, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties that keep your hair clean and feeling invigorated. Trim those nails

Another weekly habit you need to adopt is trimming your nails. As much as you might find it attractive, you should stop cutting of your cuticles. There’s no wellbeing benefit to doing so and is actually harmful to your nails. By cutting your cuticles, you leave your nails vulnerable to bacteria and fungus.
