Who knew that putting Vaseline under your bra straps during a long run will ‘stop the friction?’ That's just one of many of Natalie Dormer’s fitness tricks. The “Game of Thrones” star sat with with the New York Times recently and dished on everything from her workout regiment (yoga and running) to her beauty product must-haves (Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Boost, La Prairie’s Skin Caviar foundation and MAC Fluidline eyebrow liner are just a few).

“If I’m shooting that morning, the first things that go on my face (especially if I’d been to an event the night before and had one too many glasses of Champagne) are these Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels by Skyn Iceland. They help tame the puffiness,” said the 33-year-old actress.

Dormer looks at least a decade younger than her 33 years and has been sitting in hair and makeup chairs around the world since the age of 18, she has picked up some interesting beauty and health tricks such as using Ila body oil for skin, Vaseline for lips and Solgar Wild Alaskan omega capsules for hair. She is also a big fan of weekly massages and foam rollers. How does your beauty regiment compare to Dormer’s?
