We've all heard they exist, but a very small percentage of us have encountered them: only 0.6 percent of the population has a true micropenis (defined by a measurement of less than 3", erect).

A New York Magazine writer interviews a 51-year-old man with a micropenis, asking him a range of questions related to his love life and overall experiences. When asked if he can have penetrative sex the man responds says “it’s really very difficult. All the other things are fine: oral, manual and I have never gotten into all the additional things, the toys, the strap-ons and the vibrators. I don’t like it. I love bodies, touch and all those things are great, but full sex is something I just can’t do properly. My penis is just not big enough.”

The man reveals that he lost his virginity in college and that it was an “embarrassing” experience but he has slept with six women throughout his life. The take away is that despite having a micropenis, the man is comfortable in his own skin.

If there is a physical trait about you, that makes you uncomfortable the best thing is to be like this man and don’t let it affect your life. There is only so much time a person can live on this planet so try to enjoy it as much as you can and forget whatever physical traits you think bring you down.
