Flash mobs are alive and well, and the November Project is proving this by making waves across the country with groups—sometimes in the thousands—causing a scene by breaking a sweat on a public dance floor. Compared to other trendy fitness programs like CrossFit and Soulcyle, this early morning flash-mob-workout is a great deal. Partly because it’s free, but also because of the motivation inspired by peers to meet sometimes before 6am in the middle of cold months to shake it and stay in shape. (Sounds fun to us!)
