Liz Seccuro is a writer, speaker, and journalist who writes and speaks about health, wellness, food, and beauty, as well as legal issues and gender-based violence. Her work has appeared in The Daily Beast, Glamour, Time, InStyle, New York Daily News, and various blogs. She is a frequent contributor to NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC and other networks. She is a true fitness obsessive (you can find her at SLT, surfing, weight training, or rowing), an enthusiastic home cook, dog mom of 2 Cavachons, and wine drinker. She lives in Long Island, New York with her husband and two young children, where she is at work on her second book, a novel. She teaches two classes a year at the Georgetown Graduate School of Journalism about interviewing victims of crime. She sits on a variety of national Boards, and, come summer of 2016, will call Los Angeles her home.
