Sharing her passion for optimal health and happiness is Laura Ellis’ main objective. She empowers her patients to achieve these goals too. From identifying risk factors and early signs of heart disease, diabetes, dementia and sexual dysfunction, Ellis guides her patients toward optimal health through customized care and coaching. She seeks to raise awareness of exposure to endocrine-disrupting and potentially cancer-causing toxins commonly found in everyday beauty, household and workplace products. From laser surgery to stem cell therapy, Ellis stays on the cutting-edge of minimally invasive health care and regenerative medicine to maximize her patients’ quality of life.
Ellis is well-known for her aesthetics medical practice. She founded medAge, a wellness medical practice, to help motivated patients from coast-to-coast achieve optimal health and vitality through customized bio-identical hormone replacement, nutritional training and exercise coaching. For more than a decade, Ellis has been one of the top vein surgeons in the country. She has cured thousands of patients of vein disease, trained numerous other physicians and lectured nationally on surgical technique. In 2013, Ellis appeared in a televised adventure series in which she road a BMW motorcycle across the challenging deserts and mountains of Peru, demonstrating the practices she preaches to her wellness patients and showcasing her adventurous lifestyle. She is the host and executive producer of “Story of Hope,” a documentary feature film about environmental toxins in central Vietnam, to be released in 2016.
