“Life is meant to be enjoyed, and we are meant to do something purposeful with the time we have. Being healthy helps us do both by increasing the quantity and quality of our energy. My workshops help people feel capable of healthy change. Everyone knows that they need to eat less junk and more veggies. Everyone knows that exercise is good for them, but very few know how to make those good choices happen in their crazy lifestyles. Instead of building from their strengths, most people beat themselves up for their weaknesses, and that only makes things worse. I help them see the light at the end of the tunnel and realize the lifestyles they’ve always wanted.”
